After reconstitution with 2.0 mL deionized water (or equivalent), aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against human IgM mu heavy chain.
Recommend Dilutions:
ELISA (1:20000-1:100000)
Immunohistochemistry (1:1000-1:5000)
Western Blot (1:2000-1:10000)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
IgM mu heavy chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rabbit serum, human IgM and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgG.
Storage Buffer:
Lyophilized from 0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2 (0.01% (w/v) sodium azide).
