<b> Western Blot using Anti-XPNPEP1 antibody SAIC-07B-14 (</b> HeLa(A)- Jurkat(B)- MCF7(C)- HepG2(D)- A549(E) and HEK293(F) cell lysates (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rsion of SAIC-07B-14 (24-308) at 0.01ug/ml before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.

The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom 24-308- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (3.0) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
