Boc-Asp(OME)-Fluoromethyl Ketone is a broad range caspase inhibitor. Boc-Asp(OME)-Fluoromethyl Ketone inhibits Fas-mediated phagocytosis and oxidative rupture inhibition, but does not affect the chemotactic activity of IL-8.
