Bioactivity:
Sulmazole is a positive inotrope sulmazole. Sulmazole inhibits the function of guanine nucleotide regulatory proteins by affecting GTP turnover. Sulmazole activates the sheep cardiac muscle sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium-release channel in the presence and absence of calcium.
