1-ethyl-3-{4-[4-(8-oxa-3-azabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl)thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]phenyl}urea is an enzyme inhibitor of protein kinase mTOR he phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase PIK3CA with IC50s of 0.76 nm and 1.262 uM, respectively.1-Ethyl-3-{4-[4-(8-oxa-3-azabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl)thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]phenyl}urea possesses anticancer activity and can be used to study leukemia, skin, breast, lung and colon cancers.
