NF-κB-IN-6 (Compound 3d) is an anti-inflammatory agent that works by reducing the protein expression of iNOS and COX-2 by suppressing the NF-κB signaling pathway. NF-κB-IN-6 inhibits the production of NO in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells with an IC50 of 23.1 uM[1].
