Antiparasitic agent-6 (compound 5b) shows selectively antiparasitic activity against Leishmania infantum (L. infantum) (IC 50 = 3.89 uM). Antiparasitic agent-6 also exhibits certain cytotoxicity against HepG2 with a CC50 value of 13.64 uM [1].
