TDO-IN-1 is a potent and specific inhibitor of tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase (TDO) that is administered orally. It demonstrates remarkable selectivity towards indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase (IDO), as evidenced by an IC50 value of 0.62 uM (IDO). In vivo tests have shown that TDO-IN-1 effectively reverses the local immune tolerance observed in tumor tissue, thereby inhibiting tumor growth [1].
