HPK1-IN-15 is a selective and effective inhibitor of HPK1. Hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 (HPK1), which was originally cloned from hematopoietic progenitor cells, belongs to the MAP4Ks family. HPK1-IN-15 can be used to study, prevent, or ameliorate diseases or conditions associated with HPK1 activity, such as cancer (patent WO2018049200A1, compound 50).
