Relamorelin(BIM28131, RM131) is a pentapeptide and auxin-released peptide analog with improved potency and pharmacokinetics. It is a centrally penetrant, selective agonist of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) potentially useful for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis, chronic idiopathic constipation, and anorexia nervosa.
