Goat anti-rat IgG recognizes rat IgG F(ab')2 fragment. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography. The antibody is conjugated with Alkaline Phosphatase.
Recommend Dilutions:
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), rat Fc or bovine, horse, and human serum proteins.
Storage Buffer:
Lyophilized from 50 mM Tris-Cl, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM MgCl, 0.1 mM ZnCl2, 50% (v/v) glycerol, pH 8.0 (0.05% sodium azide)
