Recommend Dilutions:
ELISA (0.01-0.1 ug/mL)
Immunohistochemistry (0.5-5 ug/mL)
Western Blot (0.05-0.5 ug/mL)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
The antibody reacts with all classes of Cotton Rat immunoglobulins. By IEP, gel diffusion and ELISA. It also reacts with gerbil, rat and hamster IgG.
Storage Buffer:
In 50 mM HEPES-Saline with stabilizer (0.002 % Thimerosal)
