Further Information
PD-1 Antibody: PD1, PD-1, CD279, SLEB2, hPD-1, hPD-l, hSLE1, PD1, Programmed cell death protein 1, Protein PD-1, PDCD1, PDCD-1
Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.5-1 ug/ml for 30 min at RT (1)
Prediluted format: incubate for 30 min at RT (2)
Immunofluorescence: 1-2 ug/ml
Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1 ug/million cells in 0.1ml
Titering of the anti-PD-1 antibody may be required for optimal performance.
1. FFPE testing requires tissue to be boiled in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min
2. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.
Programmed cell death protein 1 is an inhibitory cell surface receptor involved in the regulation of T-cell function during immunity and tolerance. Upon ligand binding, inhibits T-cell effector functions in an antigen-specific manner. Possible cell death inducer, in association with other factors. [UniProt]
