In vivo antibodies from Leinco serve the purpose of research applied in living animals or cells, for cell depletion, activation, neutralisation, blocking & many more.

Leinco Technologies has developed proprietary methods for manufacturing in vivo functional grade antibodies with the highest purity standards in the industry. The two quality standards of in vivo antibodies are: In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM.

In vivo GOLDTM antibodies contain no preservatives, stabilisers or carrier proteins and have a low endotoxin level of ≤ 1.0 EU/mg.

Leinco's in vivo PLATINUM™ antibodies have the most stringent quality specifications for purity, endotoxins, aggregates, and leachable protein A. In vivo PLATINUMTM antibodies have a low endotoxin level of ≤ 0.5 EU/mg. Each antibody is available in custom concentrations and package sizes. In vivo PLATINUM™ antibodies are also pathogen free and tested by the IDEXX Impact I PCR mouse pathogen profile.

Antigens & Conjugates

Antigens and hapten conjugates are critical components of IVD diagnostic tests and are necessary to show that a test is both sensitive and specific. They often serve as positive controls for lateral flow tests and ELISA to ensure that a test is working correctly and that the antibodies used detect the molecules of interest. Incorporated for standard curve generation, they provide a reference for determining the concentration of targets of interest.
