Labelling Kits / Dyes
Labelling Kits
Labelling technology marks the marker on the target antibody/protein/peptide to better display the position and content of antigen/antibody molecules in the immune reaction system through the enhancement and amplification effect of the marker itself. The technique can be used in Cell Imaging, Flow Cytometry, and Immunofluorescence applications. A fluorochrome dye is usually used to mark the target protein or antibody, and this dye's signal can be detected to determine the location and content of the target protein.

Fluorochrome Dyes
Elabscience has a wide range of fluorochrome dyes, covering different bands and suitable for different detection channels, and activated dyes to meet more detailed experimental needs.
The correct fluorochrome dye must be selected based on its key characteristics, such as the relative brightness, wavelength range and possible fluorochrome spill. The equipment’s laser and detection channel configuration should also be taken into consideration, as well as the interaction of fluorochrome spill between different dyes in the channel in multi-index detection.
