Antigen Target Species:
Mouse
Conjugate Tag:
Unconjugated
Form:
Lyophilized
Immunogen:
Mouse IgG F(c) fragment.

Product Description:
Goat polyclonal antibody raised against mouse IgG F(c) fragment. This secondary antibody generated in goat detects specifically mouse IgG F(c). It is a proteolytic fragment of immunoglobulin G (IgG) obtained by limited digestion with the enzyme papain under controlled conditions of temperature, time and pH. Receptors bind the Fc portion of mouse IgG and often this fragment is removed from immunoglobulins to minimize receptor binding and lower background reactivity.
Recommend Dilutions:
ELISA (1:20000-1:100000)
Immunohistochemistry (1:1000-1:5000)
Western Blot (1:2000-1:10000)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F(c) and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against mouse IgG F(ab).
Storage Buffer:
Lyophilized from 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 (0.01% (w/v) sodium azide).
