Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry (1:50-1:200)
Western Blot (1:1000-1:3000)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
This antibody reacts to human AURKA/AURKB/AURKC only when phosphorylated at either Thr288, Thr232 or Thr198 respectively. There is no cross-reactivity to AURKA/AURKB/AURKC that is not phosphorylated.
