Background:
CD90.1 is a 25-35 kD immunoglobulin superfamily member, also known as Thy-1. It is expressed on hematopoietic stem cells and neurons, all thymocytes, and peripheral T cells. CD90.1 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored membrane glycoprotein involved in signal transduction. CD90.1 is involved in costimulation of lymphocyte proliferation and activation, and hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. CD90.1 has been shown to interact with CD45.

0.2 um filtered in PBS, pH 7.2. Azide Free (AF)/Low Endotoxin (LE): Contains no stabilizers or stabilizers. Endotoxin level is < 2 EU/mg as Determined by LAL gel clotting assay.

Usage:
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 2.0 ug per 10^6 cells in 100 uL volume or 100 uL of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
