Rat monoclonal antibody raised against recombinant Casp8.
Recommend Dilutions:
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Recognizes the p18 subunit of mouse caspase-8. Detects bands of ~55 KDa (full length caspase-8) and ~18 KDa (apoptosis-induced cleavage fragment) by Western blot. Does not cross-react with human caspase-8.
Storage Buffer:
In PBS (0.02% sodium azide)
