Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 60kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 61.3kDa according to NP_000449.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 100kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.Immunocytochemistry: A customer found positive results in ICC on Human primitive gut tube from Human embryonic stem cells.
