MBLI Western Substrates are highly sensitive and compatible chemiluminescent substrates that can be used for immunoblots with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) – conjugated secondary antibodies.
This luminol-based enhanced chemiluminescent substrate has excellent sensitivity and long signal duration, permitting the detection of antigens in the low picogram to mid-femtogram range.
Additionally, its long-lasting chemiluminescent signal allows for both digital and film-based imaging without any loss of signal. To achieve optimal signal intensity and duration, MBLI recommends using appropriate primary and secondary antibody dilutions.
