Acts upstream of or within several processes, including histone H3-R26 methylation; inner cell mass cell fate commitment; and regulation of nucleobase-containing compound metabolic process. Located in nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including hemolymphoid system; intestine; liver; lung; and yolk sac. Orthologous to human PRDM14 (PR/SET domain 14).
