Glucozaluzanin C, a lignan extracted from the MeOH extract of Ainsliaea acerifolia (Compositae) roots, demonstrates ED50 values of 2.45 ug/mL for A549 cells, 1.37 ug/mL for SK-Ov-3 cells, 0.40 ug/mL for SK-MEL-2 cells, 1.41 ug/mL for XF498 cells, and 1.43 ug/mL for HCT15 cells, respectively [1].
