Applications:
IP - 2 ug/100 uL of the recombinant protein
Background:
CoralHue® Dronpa-Green 1 (DG1) is a monomeric green fluorescent protein that is photochromic: its fluorescence can be reversibly turned "on" or "off" on demand by exposure to different wavelengths of light. CoralHue® DG1 bleaches immediately following strong excitation at -500 nm. Bleached CoralHue® DG1 completely regains its bright green fluorescence after irradiation at -400 nm. This unique property of CoralHue® DG1 is useful for repeated measurement of the mobility dynamics (e.g. diffusion, transport, etc.) of fluorescently labeled molecules in living cells.
Concentration:
1 mg/mL
Formulation:
100 ug IgG in 100 ul volume of PBS containing 50% glycerol, pH 7.2. No preservative is contained.
Immunogen Translated:
Recombinant Dronpa-Green
Reactivity:
This antibody reacts with CoralHue® Dronpa-Green 1 on Immunoprecipitation.
Shelf Life:
1 year
Source:
This antibody was purified from hybridoma (clone 2F6) supernatant using protein A agarose. This hybridoma was established by fusion of mouse myeloma cell P3U1 with C3H mouse lymphocyte immunized with the recombinant CoralHue® Dronpa-Green 1.
Target:
Dronpa Green
