The Bovine Fetal Primary Lung cells are isolated from lung tissue of a bovine fetus. It is often used as a model to study various bovine respiratory viruses including bovine parainfluenza virus, bovine viral diarrhea virus, and bovine herpesvirus 1 that greatly affect bovine health and related industry.

PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are recommended for optimal cell culture. PriGrow III (TM003) + 20% FBS + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.
