DMEM/F12, Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium:Nutrient Mixture F-12 (DMEM / F-12), or DMEM/F-12 (1:1) Medium, is basal medium widely used for the growth of many mammalian cells, such as MDCK, glial cells, fibroblasts, human endothelial cells, and rat fibroblasts. A 1:1 mixture of DMEM and Ham's F-12.
