Description:
This Cytoskeleton Labeling Lentivirus can be used to easily label the cytoskeleton. The vector expresses GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) fused to the N-terminus of the Tubulin Alpha 1b protein (TUBA1B), which is the major constituent of microtubules. This lentivirus offers a simple method to visualize the cytoskeleton without antibodies or chemical dyes. Combine with other organelle labeling lentiviruses for multiplexed labeling.
