NR0B1 antibody can be used for detection of NR0B1 by ELISA at 1:312500. NR0B1 antibody can be used for detection of NR0B1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
NR0B1 is a protein that contains a DNA-binding domain. The protein acts as a dominant-negative regulator of transcription which is mediated by the retinoic acid receptor. This protein also functions as an anti-testis gene by acting antagonistically to Sry. Mutations in its gene result in both X-linked congenital adrenal hypoplasia and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. This gene encodes a protein that contains a DNA-binding domain.
