Product Description:
Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against recombinant hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5B.
Recommend Dilutions:
Western Blot (1:1000)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Recognizes HCV NS5B (epitope mapped to amino acid 372-382 of NS5B). It recognizes genotype 1 a and also 1b (albeit with lower affinity). It does not recognize genotype 2a.
Storage Buffer:
In PBS (10% glycerol, 0.02% sodium azide).
