TargetMol's Mouse Neutrophil Cell Isolation Kit (negative selection) provides superparamagnetic beads for the isolation of neutrophils from single-cell suspensions of mouse bone marrow or other tissue samples by negative sorting. The principle is to use different biotin-labelled monoclonal antibodies to label non-target cells, which are then cleared by streptavidin-labelled magnetic beads for the purpose of mouse Neutrophil cell sorting.
